Case Share 1: Yerba Mate Cup Inquiry

Recently, we met a quite difficult challenge.

One of our clients’ end client found us and he expected to work with us directly.

There are many such things in reality, some factories will choose to work with end client directly.

But when it happened on us, we have hesitation.

As he is our client’s client, we think it’s not good to proceed by such way. We think we shall obey spirit of contract, and we think it`s business principle. So finally we refused him.

It’s a good experience to us, we think it’s meaningful, so we share this case with our clients.

 

Following is the e-mail content.

We want to have our logo under the cup and the packaging to personalize our design is already done, I have another question, is it possible to add a bundle as a small bag as in the photo? Do you also take care of the shipping part? By train for example to France.

After checking your product photos, it seems you already buy from other company, it`s EFG company, correct?

As EFG company is our client, they make order to us for yerba mate cup and other stainless steel bottle.

 

Attached are our production line photos for mate cup for your info. We think it`s your order as there is same logo and same company "ABC", and it`s not the first time we produce such order.

Frankly speaking, we cooperate with EFG company, and you are EFG company`s client, we have to tell you the truth.

And it`s not good if we quote you the price as our factory price is surely more competitive than EFG company.

Yes indeed we are EFG company customer, we made 3 orders with them, but the person with whom I was in contact resigned, I contacted you directly because I do not intend to go through the B2B platform indefinitely evolve my company and deal directly with you, because your site gave me a lot more you had a lot of product similar to mine and I find it very inspiring for the evolution of my next product and I am very satisfied with the quality of your cup.
